How do I search e-mail AND attachment content?

I'm using MS Outlook 2003 SP3 under Windows XP.

I receive many workflow e-mails daily containing data in .csv attachments.
I use attachment content without saving attachment to disk.

Occasionally, I need to find a workflow with specific content in the
attachment. How do I do that?

Use a Search Indexing tool such as Windows Desktop Search. This will allow
you to do a full text search on both the email content and attachment
content.

Thanks Roady - I'll look into that, although I was under the impression that
there was an MS Office configuration which would do the task because, several
years ago, a work colleague (now left) informed another colleague (poor
memory) how to do it.
