Searching for specific attachment by filename

Hello.

Is it possible to search a mailbox for e-mails containing an attachment with
specific filename (or attachment filenames that contain specific
words/strings)?

I know it is possible to find e-mails that 'contain an attachment', but I
want to be able to search for specific attachments by searching for words in
the attachments' filenames.

You can use the free search add-in for Outlook called Lookout from Microsoft
for that.
