Can anyone help me take these patches off?

I'd like to remove SP2 patches. They've messed up my
computer. Can anybody help? Thanks.
 
Go to Control Panel, Add or Remove Programs and select Windows XP Service
Pack 2. Highlight it and choose Remove.
