SP2 patches - trouble!

Can somebody help me? yesterday morning the new patches
came via automatic update. Lost my dsl. Have security
changes/screenings I don't want on Outlook Express, etc.
I'd like to remove these patches. Dell says they don't
know how to take them off my operating system. Can
anybody tell me how to remove them? Thanks.
