M$ Patch messed up scrolling

M$ Security Patch KB824145 for Internet Explorer messed
up the scrolling feature on my windows XP Pro computer.
Clicking on the scroll bar caused scrolling of more than
a page at a time. I removed the patch and now it works as
it was designed. Anyone else experience this problem?

This is a currently known issue with the MS03-048 patch and Microsoft. is
currently investigating this behavior. Thanks.
