can any one help me with my printer?!?!?!?!?!?

i have been having problems with my printer for a while now and the problem
is that when it prints the text is far too big and it prints off to one side,
it also doesnt print the whole page as it the text is too big. the printer i
have is an 'okidata OL400e' please if any one has any suggestions please
help.
