Can a macro be made to detect certain words on an email?

Is it possible to make a macro where, on a message sent to me, it will
detect my name and a comma (Brad,) and then send out a message to the sender
(or the sender and all recipients) with a message saying that I'm away from
my desk and will be back at a certain time? Not my name in the To: box, it
has to detect my name in the message body.

Essentially, you need to trap the ItemAdd event of your Inbox's Items
collection. However, there is a likelihood an incoming message may not be
processed by this event if a large number come through at once.
