outlook macro

i want to create a macro which will, after every five minutes, check if the
all messages in the inbox have been replied or not. whenever i reply to any
message, i keep myself in CC. so the macro should get the sender's address
from the current message and check if any mail was sent to the same address
with specific word in the subject field.

please help me with this.
