Calendar error - outlook 2003/sp3 + hotfix

Client receives error intermittently when setting up meetings...

"the item could not be saved because it has been modified by another user or in another window"

Any ideas, the mailbox was moved to another server to try and correct it, new pc running xp/sp2.
