Hello,

I have recently upgraded from MS Outlook Express to MS
Office 2003 on WinXP. Since before the upgrade I have had a
VPN that allows me to access the server at work from my
home. However, since upgrading to Office 2003 while I
remain able to access my Outlook inbox from home I have a
strange quirk. If I access the email from the home box I
am unable to even see the emails from the work box the next
day. I've tried checking and unchecking "Cache" and it
does nothing.

I'm grateful for any suggestions.

Where is delivery set to on the home machine because it sounds like it is
being delivered to a pst file.

Thanks for the response. Not sure how to find that out.
When I find out where delivery is set, what should I change
it to?

Sorry go to Tools > Email Accounts > NEXT > field at bottom. You may run
into problems if you set it to the Exchange mailbox unless you are either
online to Exchange all the time or you have set up an offline folders.
another way would be to access the Exchange mailbox via an IMAP protocol.
