Bz Contact Mgr...Upgrade which now includes Sql

Upgrading Outlook & Contact Mgr caused Bz Contact Mgr to fail to
initialize.."could not complete your last action or actions" when loading
Outlook. I suspect a Sql issue since we use mssql for ACT and mssql client
for connecting to our Server. Currently Contact Mgr is no longer available in
Outlook.

1. What is the version of BCM that you have installed? Please very from
control Panel | Add-Remove Programs

2. When the error is raised, what is being shown in the entry in the Event
Viewer(Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Event Viewer. Look for the
entries under "Application"
