Error with Business Contact Manager and Microsoft Outlook

Error:
Business Contact Manager for Outlook cannot be loaded. This action cannot be
completed because Business Contact Manager cannt access the database.

Service MSSQL$MICROSOFTSMLBIZ was not found on your computer '.'.

Do you want to change database configuration?

This error is causing problems for me accessing my e-mails through Outlook.

I have tried to go to Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Services->

There is only one option:

Service Name: MSSQL$SQLEXPRESS
Display Name: SQL Server (SQLEXPRESS)
Path: C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1\MSSQL\Binn\sqlservr.exe"
-sSQLEXPRESS

I have also tried to use the Office CD to repair my office applicaiton. It
is not working.

What should l do?

The MSSQL$SQLEXPRESS service, make sure it is running - and set it to
automatic start, if its not - and then try starting Outlook/BCM again.
