Bypass login screen

Hi - I went and changed the workgroup name. Windows now
wants me to enter a password, which I do not have. I did
not setup a password.

Question: How can bypass the login screen and:
1. Be able to change the workgroup name. Safe mode does
not help or,
2. Install Windows XP. As of now, I put the CD in the CD
player and windows 2000 still wants me to login.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Change the BIOS setting for boot-device order, to boot first from the CD.
