Business Database option from File menu

Hi everyone

We have four PCs running BCM. Two of them show the option File-->Business
Database and the other two don't. I've tried downloading updates from MS,
I've tried customising the file menu but nothing doing. I want everyone
using the same procedure for back up but it's not working.

Has anyone any idea how I can make it appear on all PCs?

Hi Rebecca,

It sounds like you have two different versions of BCM. BCM V1 had all of
the Database functions under the File > Business Database menu
In BCM Update (V2), all of the Database functions are under Business Tools >
Manage Database.

Can you check the BCM Versions under Help > About Business Contact Manager?
