How do I get BCM drop down menu to appear in MSO?

I have installed the BCM from the disc included in the 2003 MSO Professional.
I have also downloaded the Update for BCM for Outlook 2003 and the
subsequent service pack 3. "Business contacts for business contacts" and
"accounts in business contacts" options appear in "contacts", but there is no
Business Tools drop down menu in the File tool bar. I've tried to remove and
re-install MSO and BCM but still cannot get the menu to appear. What am I
doing wrong here?

Interesting question.

One way would be to disassociate BCM from this profile (File -> data file
management), restart outlook, which would disable the display of BCM stuff,
then repeat the process to reconnect to the database. See if that solves it.

Braindead of me, also check Help -> Disabled Items and re-enable BCM if
disabled.

Thanks. The items were disabled. I had never thought that new installations
would be "disabled" from the start. BCM is now fully functional. Thanks for
your help. MW
