SQL server access denied and cannot see BCM menu

Weety

When trying to connect to the SQL server where BCM is installed I get an
access denied message.

Also I cannot see the BCM tool bar in the drop down tool bars menu in
outlook (although when I go to customise toolbars it is there but greyed
out).

When i go to all programs and select "Enable buisness contact Manager...." I
get "business contact manager already enabled"

I thought I would just delete everything off and reload but am not sure
which programs to delete so that I do not delete my normal outlook program.

Am running outlook 2003 on Windows XP professional.

Thanks

During setup, BCM installs sql server, creating a sql service for
itself, and then configures the sql service to allow any user to
connect and create their own database.

Something may have gone wrong in that last step. If that's the case,
you could try reinstalling BCM, or if you are familiar with sql
server, granting all user those permissions manually.
