Brother printer

I have my first windows based computer and am running XP,
I bought a brother 4420c MFC and can't seem to get it
installed correctly. I would appreciate any help.

If the Plug and Play doesn't work, there's a patch on the Brother website:

http://solutions.brother.com/mfc4420c/download/drivers.html

However to be able to help further we need more information.... like what
happened when you installed the software and then connected the All in One
unit... Can it print anything? What is the error message that appears, if
any?
