Printer Driver

My daughter gave me a Brother MFC-8300 Printer to use with my Windows XP.
However, the Printer Driver is not compatible with my WXP. My question, is
there a Printer Driver that is compatible with my WXP, or is this MFC-8300
too old? Appreciate your help
