broken software

aol tech tells me my remote access auto connection
manager is broken. The dial up networking needs to be
uninstalled and reinstalled. Can anyone help??

Since it's AOL's proprietary software, and their service that you're paying for, their
tech support should walk you through what you have to do.

Greetings --

I'm afraid you'll need to contact AOL's tech support for resolution
of problems with (or caused by) their product; Microsoft has no
control over AOL's product quality (or lack thereof). In case the AOL
technician doesn't realize this, installation of AOL completely
removes Microsoft DUN programs and replaces them with AOL versions.
