Here it goes....
A while back I ordered a batch of Dell Latitude D531s.
All was good apart from 1 which made a clicking noise and lagged on file access,
after a good 15 minutes proving to Dell support that it was a hardware issue (damaged HD) they agreed to send a rep HD.
Loaded it with XP, drivers from Dell site, Win Updates, KIS and standard office S/W.
Thinking all was good it was issued out.
After a lot of to and fro I found another issue. It would randomly enter suspend mode (even with just XP and drivers installed).
Just got it back from Dell again, they replaced the M/B, screen, CPU and Fan.
Guess what.... 5mins into typing a report, SUSPEND mode that I couldn't resume.

All power saving has been disabled and now the image blacks out instead.

Now going to try ATI's mobile catalyst drivers instead of Dells but failing that.... any suggestions ?

Yep, I'd just send it back as it must be a one off fault if the other machines work ok. :)
