box behind text

My wife has been formatting some documents in W2003 that require her to
create a box then use order, send behind text. She says it was working ok
last night.

Today I updated my WordPerfect 12 with the new SP2. Now in W2003 we can in
see the box with the border and background color as she wants on the screen
in print layout mode, but when we go to print preview or prints the only
thing that shows/prints is the text.

Did this WP file corrupt something in Word? Do I need to run the cd in
repair mode to fix this or is she missing a step in the process that worked
last night? I am not much help to her because I use PageMaker 7 when trying
to accomplish what she is doing.

It's probably just an option setting. Go to Tools > Options > Print
and make sure "Drawing Objects" is checked.
