Text doesn't print

I have client with a new installation of WIndows XP and Office 2003.

She received a document via email & says she sees "Read Only" on the screen
& that when she prints, she gets the graphics & WordArt but not the text of
the document.

She sees the document in it's entirety in Preview.

I have no problems whatsoever. Her Tools Options Print show 3 checkmarks -
Allow A4 paper, Background Printing & Drawing Objects.

Any insights

Check the permissions on this file. Do this by opening the file then clicking
File then Permissions.

Chances are the person who created this set it up as read only and with that
you cannot print or modify it. That person will have to change the permission
for you to print it.

Serge - when she sent me the file, I did NOT have a read-only issue and I
COULD print. It's just her PC.
