Envelopes try to print to non-existent printer

I have a client who has Office 2003 installed on one of her computers. She
used to have a Dell printer installed, but it has been uninstalled through
add/remove programs. Now she has two HP printers. Under Printers and Faxes,
the two current printers are the only ones showing. When she is in Word, she
can print a document with no problem. But if she tries to print an envelope,
it tries to print to the old Dell printer that is no longer installed. I've
never seen this problem before, so any help would be appreciated.

Printer information is not stored so the implication is that there is a
macro intercepting the envelope printing routine that selects the particular
printer. Such a macro is shown at http://www.gmayor.com/fax_from_word.htm
