Booting up...

Hey all...so here's a puzzle for you.
Every time I power up my computer, all the regular systems start up, like
they should...but the windows System 32 folder opens up as well. And if I
close it before the computer has finished booting up, it will reopen.
I haven't the faintest idea what's causing it - though it's been happening
for a couple of months now.
Any ideas?
