Boot menu problem

ok, i have a slight problem. its a long story, but i have two windows in my
boot menu and one of them is uninstalled. is there a way to remove the one
that dosn't exist?

Use the msconfig utility and click on the Boot.ini tab and have it check
the boot paths. To start msconfig click on Start | Run and enter
msconfig in the run box.
