boot error

This is a duplicate post but i was told to post somewhere more specific to
this question....my answers the first time around were...
A) google
B) post somewhere else
....so here i am, my question is...

one of my office PC's is giving me this error on bootup

SrCmd.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x00ab43de" referenced memory at "0x00ab43de". The
memory could not be "read".

....other than this it runs fine. How do i cure this, I have tried google
(should have said that the first time) cause google was no help then and
trying it now find my post in technet. Please help if you can.
