svchost.exe- application error

some time i see the following error message on my pc , and freeze my pc to a
few minuts , without restarting i cant solve this pls help me,
svc host.exe-Application error .
The instruction at "0x001f1cb0" referenced memory at "0x001f1cb".This could
not be "written"
