Blue Screen

Hello,

I have a computer with Windows XP, I don't have installed any driver or
hardware new. But some days ago some times appears a blue screen and the
computer restarts. Some times only appears an fatal error.

The blue screen says:

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR EQUAL

Information:

Hi,

the fault is with the RAM sticks on your mother board. You will have to
diagnosise which stick is giving the problem. First remove one stick from the
motherboard (assuming that you know how to handle memory sticks) and then
start the system. then you will be able to identify which stick is corrupted
and then ask the vendor for a replacement.
