Blue Screen occurs during checked build install

Hello all,

I am trying to install the checked build of XP Pro off of
an msdn dvd. What I am doing is booting off the dvd, and
selecting the option for the checked build. The
installation starts, and loads files, but crashes to a
blue screen with 0x0000007E when it gets to "Loading
Windows". This is a Dell Optiplex with a 2.4ghz P4 with
HT.
