Blue Screen when installing XP Pro Checked/Dubug build on Dimension

Does any one know why I would be getting this blue screen?

There are no hardware changes to the PC, it has the factory setup. The
install comes from the MSDN library disk 2041 (4/2003). I've tried on
multiple pc's with same result.

Win XP Pro Checked/Dubug build

Dell Dimension 4600
Dell Dimension 3000

Stop: 0x0000007E (0x80000003, 0x809E53ED, 0xF8BE2DDC, 0xF8BE2ADC)
