Blue screen error when inserting USB device

When I insert any USB device into my notebook's USB ports, it produces a BSOD
with description "No_More_IP_Stack_Allocations". The bugcheck code is
0x00000035, Event ID 1003.

I have updated my bios (also loaded defaults) installed latest chipset
drivers. I even tried to increase the "IPStackSize" in my registry.

I can't seem to find a fix for this problem.

Some help would be much appreciated.
