blue screen of death

I've been getting BSOD every once in a while with no particular timing or
when I'm doing a specific thing, but it seems like it happens mostly when I'm
running a lot of stuff...

here is the screenshot of the latest one that happened a few minutes a go:

I heard this error message has something to do with bad driver, but I can't
figure out what driver could it be because it's been a while since I last
installed a new driver.

any help would be appreciated
