XP BSOD - NO_MORE_IRP_STACK_LOCATIONS

Hi-

I guess I changed something but no idea what...

all of a sudden, now whenever I plug in my USB Flash Drive I get a BSOD with
a STOP 0x00000035 NO_MORE_IRP_STACK_LOCATIONS

I've removed the registry settings for the drive per the SanDisk web site
but when it reinstalled the hardware it just blue screens again.

I'm Stumped!! Help!
