Blue screen when inserting USB Drive

I have a number of GX270's (XP) that blue screen when I plug my Dell 64MB USB
Drive into the USB Port. The error message is:

NO_MORE_IRP_STACK_LOCATIONS


It seems to be ok after I reboot but I have 60 workstations to deploy and
this isn't making me feel real comfortable.

Any suggestions?

Some where you have a driver that has inserted itself into the storage stack
and is screwing up. Disable antivirus software, reboot and see if that
helps.
