Blue Screen and USB Memory stick

My lpatop's config.

Dell Latitude 810.
2.0 GB of SDRAM
40 GB
Windows xp sp2.

Problem:
When ever i stick in the usb memory stick, i get a bluescreen
No_More_IRP_Stack_Locations.

***STOP: 0X00000035( 0X86B556008,0X0000......................)

Any Ideas.

Does it work on other computers?

If so stick it into one of them and go to my computer. right click on the
device/drive, and then do a full format of the disk (this will delete all the
data on it so backup)

If that does not work try contacting the manufacturer
