Blue screen crash

I'm running Win XP Pro at my Dell Latitude D410 laptop. It crashes almost
everyday, with no warning or sign before that. It's not because I over use
the CPU because it sometimes crashes with just basic program such as Windows
Explorer running.

The blue screen says "Cretical service failed". Here's error code:
*** STOP: 0x0000005A (0x42424242,0x00000000,0x00000000,0x4001441A)

Could anyone help to suggest where the problem might be? Software? Hardware?
