I have a Dell Latitude D610 that blue screen often and it seems to only
happen when the user opens an Excel document. The error code is
STOP: 0x0000050 (0XE36000, 0x00000000, 0x80535E23, 0x00000001). The laptop
is running Windows XP Pro SP2 fully patched and MS Office 2003 Pro fully
patched as well. I've searched the KB and community and haven't found
anything.
Any suggestions would be appreciated
