Blue screen at start up

My brand new laptop sometimes at start up shows a blue screen and it reboots
again a couple of times. It gives me this stop number: 0x0000008E (0x0000002,
0x80533EC6, 0xA78045F4, 0x00000000 )

It's not the memory because I took the laptop back to the store and they
changed the memory because they thought the memory might be the problem. Now
even with the new memory module, the blue screen has come back again
What else could it be? I don't want the the store to blame it on software,
because they won't fix it and besides, I don't think is software related
since I have nothing new that I was using on my old laptop without any
problem.
How about the hard drive? could this error be a hard drive fault?

"The blue screen of death" - is it actually brand new or could it be a used
laptop but is brand new to you? most if not all laptops come with disks that
recover the system. did you get any?

It's a totally brand new laptop

Yes, I got some disks but I probably wouldn't know how to use them. I don't
wanna mess up anything, I'll leave it to the tech people from the shop, I
just wanna make sure it's not software related the problem I'm having and the
shop is responsible to sort it out

yes, I have seen that page already but it points to be a RAM problem but
since I took back the laptop and the memory was replaced , I don't think is a
memory problem

As a last resort, if you wish to do so, you may want to try repairing
Windows. I had the same problem that you had, and repairing Windows solved
the problem (for me, at least).
