blocked zip files and service pack 2

Hope someone can help me. Since I installed service pack 2 I found that zip
files (even zip files I've created myself) are being blocked by the security
advisor so that I can't view the contents. I've tried following the help
menu advice (right click on the file and click properties followed by 'allow'
in the general tab.) I don't have an 'allow' box to tick! My drive is FAT32
formatted (whatever that means!) but I've also tried copying a zip file to an
NTFS formatted drive (again, haven't a clue what that means!) but I still
don't have an 'allow' check box in the properties 'general' tab. Can anyone
help please?

They are meaning, within IE/Allow, just under the address bar. This has to
do with your settings here:
IE/Tools/Privacy/PUB/Settings.
