block an incoming e-mail address

I understand junk mail will automatically remove incoming messages from the
inbox to the deleted folder. However, I would like to block an e-mail
address with an auto reply if possible. Need help; not an advanced user.
 
This is an ACCESS newsgroup. ACCESS is a database application, not an email
application.
We don't deal with email issues in this newsgroup.

Please post your question on a newsgroup supporting your particular
EMail program; it helps to mention the name of the program (Outlook?
Outlook Express? something else?), the version, and a somewhat more
detailed description. This newsgroup is for a different program, the
database program Microsoft Access.

Please post your query in a newsgroup dealing with e-mail. This one deals
with the Access database program.
