E Mail Address Auto Complete while sending messages

I am using Outlook 2007
While sending messages, the Outlook does 'Auto Complte' of the e mail
address for those addresses which are already there in the 'Contacts'.
However, in the case of some addresses, it does not do this function, even
though the address is there in the Contacts.
What needs to be done so that the autocomplete facility is available even
for such e mails ?
