Hi,

In Microsoft Outlook e-mail addresses begin to auto-complete when you start typing in either the contact's name or their e-mail address. At work, I would like only e-mail addresses of coworkers to auto-complete so I don't accidentally send confidential information to someone external. Since this is at work, I can't download a utility. Any thoughts on VBA or other code I could use to edit the NK2 file? Thanks.

You can manually remove email addresses from the Auto Suggest list by starting to type their name in the TO field, then use the up and down arrow keys to highlight the email address that you want to remove and press the delete key. I don't know of anything you'll be able to use to edit the NK2 file easily, though it is somewhat readable in Notepad (although I think it would be almost impossible to fix that way).
