Export entries from the autocomplete file?

Using Outlook 2003.

I have a whole batch of addresses I've never put in contacts but come up on
autocomplete.

I've found out that the auto complete entries are generated from an NK2 file
(....Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.NK2 ).

Is there a way I can export this data from the file so that I can import it
into Contacts without corrupting the NK2 file.

I imagine this would be the quickest way and I can then delete any
duplicates from Contacts once I've imported the autocomplete entries

Nothing in the product, but a quick google of nk2 export brings up http://www.nk2.info/.
