Whenever I open an E-mail in Outlook Express, the page comes up completely blank. I currently am able to check my e-mail on another computer, however I need to be able to check it on this computer. I am able to get into Outlook Express and am able to click on the any e-mail in my inbox, but there is no message content. Stranger still, I can send the file to any other E-mail service, Yahoo, Hotmail as well as other websites, but I open the Email with the same result.

Go to Start
Then select: Run
Type in: regsvr32 inetcomm.dll
Then press Enter.

If that didn’t work then in Outlook Express
On the Menu select Tools
Then select: Options
Then select: Read
Then select: Fonts
Change the default encoding setting to Western European (ISO)
Finally in Internet Explorer delete the Temporary Internet Files including all
offline content.

If the problem persists it may be due to spyware/malware/parasites:
Spyware Programs links:-
www.lavasoftusa.com Ad-Aware
www.security.kolla.de Spybot
CWShredder

If all the above fail to fix the problem then, go here:
