Outlook Express vs Microsoft Outlook 2007

Please help! I just got a new laptop and did NOT want to install Outlook
Express, but I accidentally did. That being said, my husband uses Microsoft
Outlook 2007 on his laptop and I don't want any of his e-mails coming to my
laptop or interfering with his incoming mail. Can I uninstall Outlook
Express completely from my laptop since I only occassionally use a free yahoo
account for my e-mail? Or is there a way I can shut off Outlook Express so
that I don't intercept any of his e-mails? Help! Thanks so much@

As long as no account is set up in Outlook Express, it can't interfere with
anything.. delete the icon..

Well, not knowing what I was doing (and that's when I should have just
STOPPED), I put in my yahoo address. I have since gone into the place where
I set up the yahoo address in Outlook Express and deleted that yahoo address.
Will that solve the problem? Can't tell you how much I appreciate your
help! Best regards...

If it's a Vista computer, Outlook Express cannot be installed.

Oh, my! Is this your first computer?
