Using multiple computers

My husband would like to use either outlook or outlook express (windows
mail). He uses his desktop computer when he is home and his laptop on the
road, plus I also have a laptop he sometimes uses. Will either of these
email programs allow him to acess from any computer or does the information
only reside on whichever computer it goes to first. We have 2 computers on
Vista 64 and one computer on Vista 32.

That depends on what type of mail account it is.
The best you can do with a POP account is ensure that both computers
receive a copy of all incoming messages. But the outgoing messages
won't get stored on both computers.
IMAP and HTTP accounts can achieve full syncing of all mail folders
on all computers. You can get free IMAP accounts from Gmail and
AOL, and free HTTP accounts from Hotmail/Live.com.
