Beginning Dump of Physical Memory

Have workstation running Win 2000 Pro. Several times per
day we get the BSOD, stating "Beginning Physical Dump of
Memory Stop:0X0000007A (0XC02FFE48, 0XC000000E,
0XBFF92FA2, 0X00D8A860). I think the first ID indicates a
possible HD problem, but what about the rest ?
