BSOD Memory Dump

One workstation, using Win2K, running multiple programs,
crashes several times/day. The following is the complete
error message on the 'blue screen' prior to rebooting:

Beginning Dump of Physical Memory

(0XC02FFE48,0XC000000E,0XBFF92FA2,0X00D8A860)
Address - bff92fa2 base at bff83000
Date Stamp 3e89d599 - atapi.sys

Any ideas on what is going on here ?
