Physical memory dump

I run win 2000 on a laptop. Occasionally, I get a blue
screen and a message that says beginning physical memory
dump. My computer shuts down and then restarts. Last
night I got a blue screen and the following message:
*** Stop 0x000000D1 (0x000000,0x0000002) 0x000000,0x00000
Driver_Irqc_not_less_or_equal. Then the system shut down
and restarted. Anyone ever run into this?

You can find an article on "Troubleshooting specific Stop messages" at

ges.asp>. It is the second stop code listed, and you have to click it to
expand the text. By any chance, did you update a driver or install a new
device just before this began?
