Beginning Dump of Physical Memory

R

Robert

I am running Windows 2000 professional on my desktop.
Lately, the computer boots twice during the bootup cycle.
Today, the computer crashed and displays a blue screen
with the following message:

*** STOP: 0x000000D1 (0x000001C2, 0x00000002, 0x00000000,
0xEB6FABA7) DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

*** Address EB6FABA7 base at EB6F8000, Dtestamp 3e25ba6e -

Beginning dump of physical memory

What does this mean and how can I fix it?

Like you I am having the same problem with a friends system that is displaying a similar error message which has also had the the updates installed and the new Windows Media Player 9 installed. However he has reported that it all works well after a reboot. Like you I would be grateful for any assistance regarding this fault.
